Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Can Berk Ulucay ("I", "me", or "the developer") handles information in Keep Reach (the "App").

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Can Berk Ulucay. You can reach me at apps@cberk.dev for any privacy question or request.

How Keep Reach stores data

Keep Reach is designed to run entirely on your device.

No accounts, no servers. Keep Reach does not require an account and does not upload your data to any server controlled by me. There is no cloud sync.

Contacts. With your permission, Keep Reach reads information from your iPhone's Contacts to let you choose people to stay in touch with. This information is used on your device only and is not transmitted off the device. You can revoke Contacts access at any time in iOS Settings.

Reminders. Check-in reminders are delivered as local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any external service.

Your data stays with you. Because everything is stored locally, deleting the app removes its data from your device. I have no copy of it.

Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. I never see or receive your payment card details. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Information I do not collect

I do not sell your personal information. I do not use your data for advertising, and I do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email apps@cberk.dev. Because Keep Reach stores data on your device, you can often exercise these rights directly inside the app.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, noted in the app.
