A rhythm for every person

Some people you talk to weekly, some once a year. Pick from eight frequencies, from every day to every twelve months, plus the time of day you'd rather be nudged. Your closest friend and your old professor don't need the same cadence.

📬

Reminders that keep arriving

Keep Reach queues up your next several check-ins ahead of time, so reminders keep landing through the months you never open the app. Fall behind and it pulls the nudge forward to today instead of quietly skipping it.

💬

Reach out from the list

Call, text, WhatsApp, or email straight from a contact. No app switching, no searching. Swipe the row for a one second check-in, or tap Check In to say whether it was a call, a text, an email, or time in person. Either way the timer resets on the spot.

🎂

Birthdays, already there

Birthdays and anniversaries come straight from your address book, so there's nothing to retype. Switch them on per person and set one reminder time for all of them.

☁️

The same list everywhere

Turn on iCloud Sync and your reach list and check-in history stay the same on every device signed in to your Apple Account, with your theme and date reminders following along. It lives in your private iCloud, stays off until you switch it on, and turning it off leaves everything on this device.

🎨

Sorted by who's due

Your list sorts itself into who's due now, tomorrow, this week, this month, and later, so the people you owe a call are always on top. Light and dark come free with the app, and Premium unlocks five more accent colors beyond the default purple.

📱

Home Screen widgets

Two widgets keep your people in sight: a portrait grid of who's coming up, and a due list that spells out who is overdue and by how long. Turn on the check-in button and one tap logs the reach without ever opening the app.

📖

History and notes

Check in and record how you connected, whether that was a phone call, a text, an email, or in person. Premium opens the full history for each person, so you can see who you've actually been consistent with.

🗓️

In your calendar too

Mirror every check-in into Apple Calendar as a recurring event, in a calendar Keep Reach makes for you or one you already use. Your reminders show up wherever you plan your week.

FAQ
Is Keep Reach free?
Yes. Track your 3 most important relationships free, with no trial and no countdown. When you're ready to grow that circle, Premium unlocks unlimited contacts so everyone who matters lives in one place.
What does Premium cost?
Premium is a single one-time purchase. Pay once and it's yours for life, with no subscription to manage or renew. The current price is on the App Store listing, and the paywall inside the app shows it in your own currency.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. There's nothing to sign up for. Open the app and start adding people. Keep Reach stores everything locally on your device and works completely offline. iCloud Sync is optional, and it uses the Apple Account already on your devices.
Does Keep Reach upload or change my contacts?
No. Keep Reach reads names and birthdays from your device contacts and never changes that address book. Removing someone from Keep Reach never touches your device contacts. iCloud Sync, if you turn it on, stores only the people you added to Keep Reach in your own iCloud, not the rest of your contacts.
How do the reminders work?
You pick a check-in frequency for each person, anything from daily to yearly, along with the time of day you want to hear about it. Keep Reach sends a reminder when it's time to reach out. Tap Check In after you connect and the timer resets. Birthdays and milestones surface automatically.
What do the widgets show?
Two of them. Contacts puts portraits on your Home Screen in small, medium, or large. Due List reads as a vertical list of who's due and who's overdue. Both can follow whoever is due soonest or a set of people you pick yourself, and both can carry a check-in button that logs the reach in place. Widgets are part of Premium.
Does my data sync across devices?
When you turn it on. iCloud Sync is part of Premium, and it stays off until you enable it in Settings. Your reach list, check-in history, theme, and date reminders stay the same on every device signed in to your Apple Account, stored privately in your iCloud. Turning it off leaves everything on this device.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone or iPad on iOS 26 or later. Keep Reach is built on the current system frameworks, which is what keeps the widgets, haptics, and glass styling feeling native rather than bolted on.
